Each individual may create only one account. If the same person or multiple members of the same household operate more than one account using the same device, IP address, or payment method, bgd7 reserves the right to permanently close those accounts.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is created using false or misleading information, that account may be immediately suspended and the balance forfeited. If your details change, please notify our support team as soon as possible.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. bgd7 will never ask for your password. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Do not share your account details with any third party.
• Always log out from public devices after use.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

bgd7 will not be held responsible for any damage or loss resulting from a third party accessing your account, unless it is proven to have been caused by a technical fault on our platform.

4.1 Deposits

To deposit funds on bgd7, we accept Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and this applies to all methods.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals typically take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. In some cases, the verification process may extend this time slightly.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds deposited on the platform are from legitimate sources and are not connected to money laundering or any other illegal activity. We reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities if any suspicious transaction is detected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After creating your first account on bgd7, you will receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the given time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled. The original deposited amount will remain unaffected.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, by exploiting system errors, or by any other dishonest means will result in the relevant account being closed and the bonus being forfeited. bgd7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.

All games available on the bgd7 platform are operated by a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). We are committed to fair play.

6.1 Game Disputes

If a dispute arises over the outcome of any game, our system logs will serve as the final evidence. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the amount wagered in that round will be returned to your balance.

6.2 Software Restrictions

The use of any automation software, bots, hacking tools, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in gaming is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

6.3 Game Changes & Availability

bgd7 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game. No compensation will be provided for any game that is temporarily unavailable.

• Transaction delays caused by the failure of a third-party service provider.
• Account information being compromised due to user negligence.
